Limerick Mental Health Association

In association with Limerick Civic Trust they hosted a guided walk of Medieval Limerick to include the majestic Shannon river as a backdrop. The walk was an informative history lesson of early and medieval Limerick and took nearly 2 hours, led by the capable Stephen Griffin who was a wealth of information on the city. They provided the walkers with maps of old Limerick as well as information brochures highlighting our work as well as points on the walk where they would be stopping to learn more. On completion of the walk, participants were welcomed back to our office for tea and sandwiches!
